Return & Refund Policy

D'Marsh Couture wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns for merchandise credit under the following conditions.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. For returned items, refunds will be issued as store credit only. However, after that period, returns cannot be made.

Unless an item is being returned because it was damaged upon receipt, item(s) must be in new, unused and same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Final sale items, special order items and cosmetics are excluded.
